Senior Robotic Process Automation Developer (Blue Prism)

Luxembourg

Our Digital Business Services entity is hiring a Software Developer to play a key role in the delivery of our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.

What will you accomplish?

  • Design, Implement and develop end-to-end processes to automate on RPA platforms
  • Analyze the functional specifications describing the step by step computer gestures made by the operator
  • Partnering with process experts to gather business requirements from stakeholders
  • Maintain automated processes during their production lifecycle
  • Identify reusable components through different processes
  • Produce the corresponding functional & technical documentation

Who are we looking for?

  • You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent certification in Computer Science
  • 2-3+ years’ experience with RPA tool Blue Prism
  • A programming background in Java or .NET
  • A strong interest in the connection between IT and Process Improvement/re-engineering
  • Fluency in English and French with strong oral and written skills
  • You are eager to work in a team and exceed your customers’ expectations
  • You are autonomous and demonstrate a very good sense of responsibility and initiative
  • You have excellent analytical skills (UML Method) and the ability to meet strict deadlines

The Project – Main Focus

Context: Luxembourg bank with already an international (and expanding)

Automation strategy started several years ago, and widely used in banking. Convincing results have convinced trades that demand more and more. The strategic vision of the digital worker with projects already identified and planned to make intelligent data capture, to integrate AI (virtual agents, text recognition, NLP, …)

Searching for a candidate who masters RPA, who understands OCR and AI, and who are willing to deepen their knowledge and expertise in these latter areas.

2. Background

The client has developed a large RPA center of expertise, with more than 50 processes running today, and many others that are in the pipeline.

This center of expertise around automation aims to complement the RPA blue prism stack with other technologies for automation, notably datacap (archi above)

3. Mission

Support the implementation with a partner chosen for the start-up (therefore the possibility of gaining momentum and learning). Then, support, and future deployments (with options to extend the perimeter).
