Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and Oversee SAP Projects and Programs: You will be in charge of managing, planning, and controlling our national and international SAP projects and programs, ensuring their successful execution, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  2. Project Planning and Budget Management: Take responsibility for creating scheduling and budget plans and accurately costing projects, thus contributing to our financial success.
  3. Quality Assurance and Team Management: Uphold the quality of project team performance and monitor their workloads, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  4. Contribute to the Competence Team: Bring your wealth of knowledge and experience to our Competence Team, contributing to collective expertise.
  5. Active Participation in Pre-Sales: Engage in pre-sales activities and play a pivotal role in advancing project development.
  6. Mentoring and Coaching: Provide professional guidance and mentorship to nurture the growth of young professionals within the organization.
  7. Self-Development: Take initiative in enhancing your own skills, both technical and interpersonal, as a commitment to your personal and professional growth.


To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • SAP Expertise: A proven track record of several years in managing SAP projects and programs, coupled with experience in S/4HANA.
  • Integration and SAP System Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of integration processes and a sound grasp of the SAP system landscape.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A commitment to independent, customer-focused, and solution-oriented work.
  • Methodology Mastery: Familiarity with the SAP Activate method, as well as experience with other project management methods (e.g., PMI, IPMA, or Prince2) and an interest in agile process models (e.g., SCRUM).
  • Tech Enthusiasm: An innate interest in staying updated with new technologies.
  • Learning Motivation: A proactive attitude toward continuous training, encompassing both soft and hard skills.
  • Language and Mobility: Willingness to travel and proficiency in both German and English.
