SAP Data Analytics Consultant

Job Description

Location: Germany + Remote

Responsibilities: As a valued member of our team, you will undertake a range of tasks to enhance our clients’ business intelligence capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making. Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Consulting and Solution Development: Providing on-site and remote guidance to our clients, and crafting both operational and strategic Business Intelligence (BI) solutions throughout the entire value and process chain.
2. Data Architecture Design: Creating hybrid data architectures that incorporate SAP BW/4HANA and SAP DWC/HANA Cloud, along with non-SAP data and analytics solutions like Azure and AWS.
3. Transition Expertise: Offering guidance on the transition from traditional monolithic data warehouse architectures to contemporary, cloud-based data platforms.
4. SAP Application Implementation: Assisting in the implementation and deployment of SAP applications and individual components to achieve integrated solutions.
5. Sub-Project Management: Assuming sub-project management roles within our projects and contributing to the advancement of SAP Advanced Analytics.
6. Business Development: Actively participating in proposal preparation and acquiring new projects to expand our client base.

Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Educational Background: Completed studies in (business) informatics or equivalent training.
• Data Warehouse Expertise: Initial practical or project experience in designing modern data warehouse systems, encompassing requirements analysis, conceptualization, data modeling, and application development.
• SAP Proficiency: Knowledge and experience with the SAP BI stack, both on-premises and in the cloud, as well as familiarity with common SAP source systems, including R/3 and S/4.
• Additional Skills (Preferred): Ideally, you should have expertise in one or more of the following areas: databases and data warehousing, data orchestration, programming, artificial intelligence, and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery).
• Result-Oriented and Team Player: You should demonstrate a results-driven approach, strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a confident presence when interacting with clients.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1) and a good command of English (B2).
